Spring is sprung, the grass is riz, I wonder where my charcoal is?
Yep – it’s that time of year. The weather is changing, the skies are clearing, the snow is melting, and it’s time to get cooking. It’s also the time when people get a hankering to upgrade their gear. With just four days to go until spring, I thought I would fill the time with a trio of equipment reviews – one each day until the official end of winter.
All three reviews will be based on long-term use, and I’ll have something for everyone – grillheads, hardcore barbeque types, and the do-it-all backyard chef. See you tomorrow for day one.
